How to ask for a refund?

At U2swisshome, we put in our best to ensure that what you order is exactly what you will receive. But in case of wrong delivery, please follow the steps below to claim your refund.
  1. Inform us via email or phone
  2. Take a photo of the packaging materials and the packages.
  3. Take a close-up photo of the shipping label.
  4. Take a clear photo of the packing slip. Please ensure that the photo is clear! We do not process claims without a photo of the packing slip.
  5. Kindly send us all the photos alongside your order number via our email.
